CONCATENATE 2 TABLES

I have data as the attached sample file..I have also attached the sample QV file.

I need the Airlines to be allocated for 2020 Qtr 2 as well, how can I do that in the script leve ?

creating mapping table from sheet 1 and applying it would do the job.
