COmbaining 3 fileds into one

hi every one

i have 3 fileds wich i want to combine them in to load script:

Field1	Filed2	Field3		Result
aaa	bbb	ccc		aaa,bbb,ccc
rrr	fff	bbb		rrr,fff,bbb
ggg	hhh	jjj		ggg,hhh,jjj

same as above ,

how should i do that ?

         Field1 & ',' & Field2 & ',' & Field3   as Result
