CSV Load file Issue with double quote

hello all,

i'm using QV 9. and i have an issue while loading CSV files, in one line i have a double quote

line 1; AAAA; EEEEE

line 2, BBBB; EEF"FF

line 3; CCCC; RRRRR

the load stops directly after this line (only 2 lines are loaded), is there a way to bypassthis behaviour, i tried purgechar, mapsubstring... but it looks like if the lines are loaded before processing the instruction
