I have a problem where suddenly the CalData.pgo.xml file shows the same document twice and both times it has a whole lot of CALs assigned to each.
As a result I now have zero CALs left.
I have tried removing the schedule reload, and all Document CALs, then restarting the services. After which I then deleted the file, recreated it and still no change.
How do I get access to these CALs again? They seem "lost"
PLEASE PLEASE help me.
