Calculate Elapsed Time Nett

hi all, I need your expertise help.

On a table with to fields, "Open Time" and "Close Time" (Those fields establish the time in and time out of tickets) is necessary to calculate the elapsed time nett in hours. For that i have to remove weekends and also the service time : Monday-Friday (08:00 - 22:00)

any help please?
