Calculate and Plot inland days

Hi,

pls find my attached document. here i want to plot number of people in the location in each week.

note - some people in the location more than a week, so we have to get consider them for both weeks.

i do n't have an idea about how to do that.

pls help me.

But it is easy to me if i can use this in charts, not the script and is there a method to do that.

Also is there a  method to show week numbers only in the chart. because i want to use line chart and weeks in the demenssin. also there i want to show the counts for three years, current and past two years.
