Calculate margin in an expression?

Hi all,

I wonder if it's possible to calculate margins in an expression or of it has to be done in the tables?

If it's possible to do with an expression, how do I go about doing that?

How does your date look like? I am sure it is possible, just need to work with what we have? Can you share a sample or sample data?

The fields I assumed are required for calculating margin are all in one table, except for one field which is in another table. But I figured if I do the calculating in an expression I wouldn't have to join tables right?

These are the fields I assume I should work with: SalesPrice, Amount (sold), Rebate, SalesCost
