Calculated the data based on Calculated Column in Qlik

Hi, I am trying to calculate a column based on another calculate column , below is the sample. Can I achieve this in Qlik Pivot table?

Hi devarasu07  Please have a look at the below images AX column is calculated based BD and BE and BE column is calculated based on AX, I want to achieve like this in Qliksense.

AX Column Formula: =$AW5-SUMIF($L:$L,$L5,$BD:BD)-SUMIFS(BE$4:BE4,$L$4:$L4,$L5)

BE Column Formula:  =MIN(Q8,AO8,AX8)
