Calculating 3 months average

I need to calculate average of previous 3 months. When i calculate by using formula (Sum(Rev) Feb + Sum(Rev) Jan + Sum(Rev) Dec) /3 somehow i am not getting correct values. Is this the wrong way to calculate it? as when i take data separately for each month in excel and divide it by 3 it gives different value

I have used set analysis in my expression still when i divide it by 3 then the values comes quite diferent
