Calculating cumulative inflation-adjusted sales

Hi folks.

I'm trying to calculate cumulative inflation for products sold.

Let's say I'm trying to quote a client for a product to be sold in July 2025. Qlikview is pulling historic inflation rates and projected inflation rates from an Excel spreadsheet.

I have a table of products that were sold in the same month of prior years. The first one in my list of examples is from July 2016. What I'd like to do is multiply the value of that product by the rate of inflation at the end of each intermediary year. So if I sold a product for $100 in July 2016, I want to multiply that by inflation as of December 2016, then multiply the result by inflation as of December 2017, then multiply the result... all the way up to December 2024.

Obviously I can't just hard-code it, as the table will include products from different years. I think I'll have to use some kind of loop function.
