In this case, in order to be of much help, going to need the application, if you are not able to attach, not sure anyone is going to be able to offer up much. Need to know more specifics as well, what exactly is not working and whether you are using OnOpen Triggers etc... That would be my only guess at this point, if you are using Ajax client and an OnOpen trigger, that is NOT supported per the Help:
