Calculation in horizontal and vertical direction

Hello all,

I don't know if I am confused, eiteher it is relatively easy or not solvable. My question is how can I calculate in horizontal and vertical direction:

Example:

A B

C AC BC ACBC

D AD BC ADBD

ACAD BCBC (ACADBCBC) + (ACBCADBD)

How can I reach the underlined result?

Thanks for your replies.

Regards CH

Create a Pivot Chart. Add the expressions, now go to Properties (right click on chart)-->Presentation-->Select a column from "Dimensions and Expressions" window, Check "Show Partial Sums". This will create sum across horizontal and vertical dir.

Hello,

thanks for your answer. But I think I wasn't clear enough in my description.

How can I calculate the results of the calculation? I have the partial sums (?under totals don't know what qv has presented me)

but I want to calculate the results of the product.

For example I need the product 8*10 = 80

and 12*15 = 180

of the fields. Is this possible? Please see screenshot for details.

Thank you in advance. CH
