Calculation of variance in pivottable

Hi ,

I have a requirement where i want to show the data by year  and monthly which works fine, but in the pivot chart they need the variance.

How can i calculate this?

I have dimensions as Year, month, Customer Number and so on  and one metrics as Sum(Sales) and Sum(volume)..

I need the FYTD var..

Is it possible to get the below screenshot  format for the pivot table..

Can someone look into this?? whether its is possible or not??.

Add the calculated expression and pivot it.

Post some sample data so that i can send you the qvw.
