Calendar for two dates

I have some sales data which contains two dates(actually multiple dates).  and i would love to use the calendar for both dates.

I'm guessing i'm setting up my Master Calendar wrong.

I have attached an limited example. where both dates and the sales amount are shown.  but since the invoice date and the order aren't always the same.  I would love to have the pivot like it's shown. sales in all the monts, and the order intake in the same month. 

I found this link Creating A Master Calendar   and I have tried implementing it.. but i must be missing and important point.

I believe you need to use canonical dates for your requirement

It looks exactly like how the idea in my head on how to solve it. I just didn't have enough imagination to create the datebrigde.  Thanks for the tip.
