Calender not associated

Can someone tell why my calendar is not associated with the Region field ? where am i doing wrong with the datamodel?

I think your Period date format from SWO_CampaignExecutions table is 'MM/DD/YYYY' while Period date from your calendar is in 'DD/MM/YYYY').
