Cals remove automatically

Hi Community members,

We are facing following issue,

on some of the documents after assigning User Cal, after some days User Cal get removed from documents and we need to assign again.

QV 12.0.20100

Hi Shaila,

if I understand you correctly, you're looking for a way to automatically recover unused CALs.

Hi Shila,

User Cals are assigned to the user, not to the documents (see attached pdf).

Probably you are using license as lease.

Try to remove the lease option.

Actually, We are using QV 12.0.20100.0

and I want to know, why Cals remove automatically or is it any bug in QV12.

No, it's not a bug, that's just how QlikView behaves.

I mean... its not lease license ...that means it is registered the license.

Ok, have you enabled "Allow dinamic call assignment" ? It's situated just below "Allow licence lease" flag on the  QMC.
