Can Straight Table display the data with "Automatic Scroll"?

I'm trying to display some data with Straight Table. If the data has many rows and exceeds the width and height of table, then scroll will appear, right? I want the Straight Table could do some sort of "Automatic Scroll" and show the data step by step or line by line.

Is it possible in QlikView? see the attachment for my expected result.

I would refer you to the product Help to confirm documented functionality of the Straight Table object, but as far as I know, there is no built-in method to do what you want, there may be a means to do things via JavaScript if using the Ajax client, or potentially some sort of extension, both of which you would need to code or see if you can find someone that could.
