Create a tab called "Market Trends" in the Payer Performance app.
Requirements:
- It should have the same selection options as the rest of the application.
- There should be a graph at the top simliar to the attachment. There will be one line for each product in the selected market.
- There should be a table which corresponds to the graph. The rows in the table should be products and the columns should be months.
- There needs to be group created where the user can switch between quarter and month.
- Neither the graph nor the table should show unless one market is selected.
