Can qlikview handle multiple languane?

Can qlikview handle multiple language easily? for example you can consider 3 languages English, French and German (or any 2 other languages apart from English) Upon opening a dashboard, QlikView should display language prompt and after selecting the prompt the labels, text, column names, measures (all static text except data) should be displayed into selected language.
