Can someone please help with file sharing info?

I have a licenced version of QlikView and need to send a file to someone that is using the personal edition. Where I have tried this the first problem has got to do with changing the creator of the file in what seams to be a permanent move and the second problem is that no data is loaded, only the sheet layouts.

How do I get a file to someone so that they see what I see? ie all info loaded etc. (compareable to a Tableau packaged workbook that can be viewed with the free viewer)

Any help would go a long way.

Simon

The person with the Personal Edition can use a recovery to look at your file. It's either that or buy or lease a license.

If both QV Personal Edition were free and it were possible to share files without limitations then QlikTech would be out of business. Note that Tableau Desktop (Pro) is definitely not free like QV PE is. Comparing QV PE with the Tableaus free viewer isn't a good comparison. QV PE is a fully functional version (apart from file sharing) that can be used to create QV Documents and not merely a viewer.
