Can't add trendline to scatter plot

I have 3 columns

ID	AST	HEPCIDIN
1	10	50
2	15	60
3	15	70
4	20	69

My scatter plot expressions are

=ID

=AST

=HEPCIDIN

When I click on either AST or HEPCIDIN and select Linear under the Trendline (Expressions Tab)i don't see a line. Any ideas?
