Hi all. I have one user who can't seem to export data from a table to Excel with the IE Plugin. She seems to be the only one with this problem. When I hit the XL button on the table in QlikView, it opens up Excel, but there's no data. It doesn't open up a blank sheet or anything, just the grey background. It works fine with the AJAX client though. Any ideas? Thanks!
You must be sure that the plug in has the same languague that the internet explorer. If the internet explorer is in english be sure that the plug in must be installed in english.
