Can user create dynamic reports?

Hi,

I’m making a research about your product (QlikView) with intend to integrate it into our product (network management system).

We have a requirement for the BI tool we are looking for. Here is it:

Can users of our application create dynamic reports?

Select data that they want to display, charts or grids that they want to see and on depends on selected items we could generate reports dynamically?

It would be incredible to have such features for us.
