Can we stop bars in bar chart to increase in width as we resize the chart

Hi all,

I have a bar chart with four bars and corresponding legends, when I try to resize(increase width) the chart the bars width is also increasing simultaneously and overlapping the legends(mixing with the text of legends).

Is there any property to stop this.

Hi Kiran,

Have you tried clicking on the chart and holding down ctrl + shift? This allows you to alter the size of the respective boxes within the chart window.

Try to move around the legend (holding down ctrl + shift) so that it will not overlap with bars.

As I know, there is no option for that. But you can resize the chart area after you resized the chart with Ctrl+Shift key.

The problem here is the chart is being integrated into a web application, their they have increased the size of the chart and the bar(last one among the four) came under the legends, which was not like that in QV desktop, when they resized the bars width increased simultaneously.

Is there any property to fix this.
