Can we use direct stored procedure qlikview

Hi Friends,

Can we use direct stored procedure or direct sql query in qlikview to pull  data.

which is the best practice taking qvd  or, please comments your suggestions.

Hi,

You can pull data from SQL as query and store it into qvd. Loading qvd is best practice as its local file for qlikview and time taken to fetch the data is high.
