Cannot establish FTP connection from Qlik to remote server

Hi,

I am able to get the file from remote server via FileZilla but not via Qlik.  Please let me know what I am missing here -

Load *
FROM ftp://user_name:password@bbbbbbb.svr.us.xxxxx.net/home/a_dgt_intel_cortex_d/a.csv
(txt, codepage is 1252, embedded labels, delimiter is ',', no quotes);
