Cannot open qvw file

Hi

I am using Qlik View personal edition and have a qve file that has been working fine.

Today, while using the file, someone clicked on "add project to source control"... since then i am unable to open this file.

Error message is "Access Denied - File was created by a licenced user and since you are using personal edition you may not open this file".

Please advise, since it was created by me, and only used on my laptop.

Is there a way to undo this?

thanks

1.I would suggest take the backup .

2.Delete that folder created with -prj

3.Open your qlikview and on the Recent Documents, select that QVW name and right click and select Open without data.

4. perform reload and save as other file name.

This should work, i have run out like this before and came by following the above steps.

Thanks
