For all objects, or only specific types, you can create a theme with the correct adjustments and apply that to different documents. See Settings->Document Settings->Layout->Theme Maker...
When you create a new document, first set all your document properties to the correct defaults. That way, every new object will be created from the start with the correct caption color.
Peter, so without theme we can't change the text color of the title.

There are many methods to change caption color(s). But this becomes a hassle when you need to do that for many objects in multiple QVW documents. That's where themes come in handy...
