Challenges on Sharepoint: Send to Excel option

Hi Qlikviewers

I have created a report and embedded it in the sharepoint site with the help of Qlikview webparts installed.

But the challenge here is when tried to use 'Send to Excel' option by clicking it on the right top corner it throws the following error.

Have any one come across the same problem?? Do we need to change any settings for making it work??
