If interviewer asks like"  what are the main challenges you faced in your career ", what can i say to this question.

Can anyone please give me suggestion for this question.

I do not really see how that question is related to QlikView. Surely you are the only one that knows what personal challenges you have had in your career? Asking a community to explain problems you might have had seems a bit odd.
