Change Chart Background Colour Based on Variable Value

Hi All,

How do I do this. I want to change a single bar chart colour when the value of that bar chart is equal to a variable value. The variable value is an expression!

Please help

Thanks,

Byron

By the way, this is the expression and it does not work, =if([Monthly Cost]='$(vChart1MaxString)',red(),green())

Hi,

you can change bar color by changing expresion backgroung color conditionally.

see attachement.

Hi Jagan,

Please could you take a screen shot. Unfortunately I'm using a personal edition now.

@Niranjan, yes that works if I explicitly define the value, but if I use a variable where the value is exactly the same, it does not work. I want to define the condition dynamically

Thanks,

Byron
