Change Mekko chart axes scale to % without changing expression number format

Hi,

I have changed my mekko chart axes scale to %, by changing the expression number format to be shown in percentage.

However the actual value of the expression that popped-up in the chart is also changed to %.

Is there any way to only change the axes scale to %, meanwhile without changing the popped-up value to %?

I would like to change the axes scale from 0-1 to 0-100%, and the popped-up value to be the actual value of 19,631.2
