Change Refernce Line based on Dimension

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to replace a Tableu report in QlikView and am having trouble with the reference lines.  I would like the reference line to be calculated separately over different months, but be able to view multiple months in the chart.  Please see attached JPEG.  Right now I am using the expression:

sum(TOTAL <[Date Posted Year],[Date Posted Month]>

[Time Hours])/8)
/
count(TOTAL <[Date Posted Year],[Date Posted Month]>
distinct [Date Posted Kronos])

The reference line doesn't not take the dimension into account.

Any help would be appreciated.
