Change bar value font and colour in chart

Dear All,

I want to change the only font format in the red circle(refer attached). I try to change it in the AXES portion but it doesnt work. Can anyone help?/

As you can see some value cant see clear with the given bar colour..

you can change but you cant change single value if you have any calculate condition you can change otherwise you cant

would you mind to share? you are right.. I am not changing one single value. I will need to change all the value

As mentioned in the question. Changing under AXES doesn't change the font size

I think i got the answer.

Go under 'Expression' then choose the particular expression then expand the property.
