Change default parameter set by qlikview own for each an every new qvw

Is it possible to change the default parameters under main tab? which all set by qlikview itself for each an every new document.

For better understanding all 10 default parameters are given below.

SET ThousandSep=',';

SET DecimalSep='.';

SET MoneyThousandSep=',';

SET MoneyDecimalSep='.';

SET MoneyFormat='$#,##0.00;($#,##0.00)';

SET TimeFormat='h:mm:ss TT';

SET DateFormat='M/D/YYYY';

SET TimestampFormat='M/D/YYYY h:mm:ss[.fff] TT';

SET MonthNames='Jan;Feb;Mar;Apr;May;Jun;Jul;Aug;Sep;Oct;Nov;Dec';

SET DayNames='Mon;Tue;Wed;Thu;Fri;Sat;Sun';

Change it in a new document and save it. It would carry the saved format version in coming new qvws until further change.

Its Environment variable so please let know is its possible to change the environment variable.
