Change language as per the region

I have a Qlikview application that is used by English , French  and Japaneese people.

I want that upon selection of language filter, the headers of list boxes, or any other header should be changed to respective language.

How do I achieve this? I know this can be achieved by maintaining an external file, using set analysis thereafter, but any concrete solution and steps would be very helpful.
