Change position of chart legend

Hi, could someone help me? is there a way to put the legends of the first chart(green one) in the position that i mark? so that the legends of both charts go in the middle  and the bars goes from the middle to the outside?  Many thanks and sorry for my english

But in this case the bars does not start in the middle. i need to put the labels inside and the bars start and grow by the middle.I dont know how to explain myself. Something like that(dont matter about the text inside the bars):

hovering over a datapoint in minichart and a popup appearing?

i guess thats not possible in a minichart!
