Hi, I'm trying to change a few straight table expression labels to text format italics and let the others be their default.
On the Expressions list, I can click the little + next to the expression in question to expand options, and I see the Text Format on the list. I just can't find what to put in the Definition box to make the label's text format go to Italics. (I tried '<I>' after looking at similar situations, and it says expression ok, but the label's text format remains the same as the others when I push okay.)
Thanks in advance!
Hi I thinks the text format object option on the expression advanced option list only changes the row formats. To chafe the format of label. right click over your label cell and select custom format cell. Here in the popup you can modify the caption settings.
Hope this helps. Advanced design/styling mode needs to be enables in document properties for custom format cell to work
HI Steve,
you would need to right click and select 'CUSTOM CELL FORMAT'.... BUT this would apply the italics to ALL Column Headers. Or you can cheat and create and TEXT OBJECT with layer set to TOP and float it over the real Expression header. Examples of both in the attached
