Changing opendoc.htm file issue

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to remove the toolbar in access point. we are changing opendoc.htm file by following below link - Remove a header when viewing dashboard | Qlik Community.

But when accessing the same from Access Point I am getting below error -

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Does any one has any information about the same issue.
