Changing v8.01x License from Professional to Enterprise

Hey folks,

The person who had the single Enterprise license in the orgranization has left. I currently have a Professional license. How do I modify the QlikView app (version 8.01x) to take the license of the person who left? I have the license key ( 12-digit ) and the Contr # ( 5-digit ) for the Enterprise license.

Thanks for any help as, I need to be able to update a script for someone. [:)]

To change the license in the QlikView application, open the application, select Settings > User Preferences > License tab > Change, and then enter the Enterprise license information. If you have any problems, please contact support.
