Chart Object randomly displays "Total"

When I drill down to a single months worth of data, the total displays at the top... when I "zoom out" the total disappears.

I need to total to stay!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Arlene - here is another version, with all bars showing values, no matter how many values are selected.

In the 'Presentation' tab, increase the 'maximum values shown'.   It was originally set at 2, I have now increased it to 1000.

In the expressions tab, click on 'count' and then select 'values on data point'.

Voila!

So close!

That works for two months selected... I need to to show a total no matter how many months are selected!

For example, if I select all of 2004 and don't filter on a month.(Therefore all months are displayed)

Hi Arlene,

just create a new chart with same Dimension and Count(Service) as Expression and check value on data points.

Thats it.

Hi Arlene Gray,

You need to simple check Values at Data Points and you have selected 2 in MAX Value Shown ... see attachment.

Make it to 100 or 1000
