Chart Properties Font Color Window is AWOL

I was working in Chart Properties & selected Font Color. The window immediately disappeared from my display. I know the window is launching because everything locks up. My only option is to ESC out. Since MS Windows controls are disabled, I have no idea how to get this window back.

I've already restarted without my 2ndary monitor & reset my display resolution to 800x600 to no effect.

Can someone help me get my window back?

Already answered my own question.

Display Settings | Advanced Settings | Monitor

Enable checkbox 'Hide modes that this monitor cannot display'
