Chart Sorting - Keep one value at top, and sort the rest alphabetically

I would like to sort all the values in a dimension in a line chart, except for one - how can this be achieved without altering the load script?

Thanks for your answer. However, I have a specific entry (called Average), which I want to force to the top, but I'm not sure what the value of that Average will be, so I'm not sure what to specify in the "Show Only" part.
