Chart is showing cumulative figures - Why?

Hi All

I have a chart with 1 dimension Period (Month) and three expressions:

=

sum({$<[4AC - Level 4 Account Code] = {'NONPAY'}>} Actuals*CY_Flag)

=

sum({$<[4AC - Level 4 Account Code] = {'NONPAY'}>} [Budget 1]*CY_Flag)

=

sum({$<[4AC - Level 4 Account Code] = {'NONPAY'}>} Actuals*LY1_Flag)

The flags are creates in the script, CY_Flag has 1's for the current year and 0's for all else adn the LY1_Flag has 1's for all last year and 0's for all else.

What I need the chart to show non-cumulative monthly figures, but for some reason it shows cumulative figures for all expressions?

Please can anyone help?

Thanks

The solution was simple - under the expressions tab the Accumulation setting sets whether to show cumulative figures or not.

Easy when you know how!

Hi,

If you want to show non cumulative figures please use straight table.

As chart control used to cumulate the data.

Is that you wanted?

Thanks,

Mahasweta
