Hi,

I have requirement to show %of Failure by Team member Vs Region.

Could anyone let me know which Chart item suits to generate this.

Thanks.

Hi, Amelia.

I would probably use a pivot table to show the values. You could insert a cycle group as a second dimension to switch between different views of the data whether it be region, country, town etc.

Well, at a push you could go for a stacked bar chart but this would only really be effective if there were small numbers of regions and team members.

There are big number of regions and team members, so in this case would it be possible to show the total bars instead of individual?

Hi, Amelia.

No, I don't think so. Have a go but I suspect with so many members and regions you may end up with a large chart full of coloured bricks which may be very difficult to convey useful information and painful on the eyes

Same problem, I'm afraid.

Is it important that the user has a visual representation of the data rather than a table of figures ?

Hi, Amelia.

Well I'm all out of ideas. Unless anyone else has any ideas, I recommend you close this ticket.
