Chart with Year over Quarter Header

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a chart with a header similar to the one in the attached image with double grouped headers.  As of now, my googling has been insufficient in completing this task.  Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.  The piece of importance is highlighted in YELLOW.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

you need to create a pivot chart and manually drag and drop the vertical columns to the horizontal rows.
