I have a Chart that currently shows the number of Service Desk tickets opened during a year/month and the number of service desk tickets closed within a year/month. The Chart is setup to display for a rolling 12 months period of time
Each "ticket" has 1 Open Date and 1 Closed Date (no multiple history records for a distinct Ticket Number).
Example:
Ticket 1234 / Opened: 08/01/2011 / Closed 11/28/2011
The question I have....
Is there a way to "count" the ticket as open for the 08/2011, 09/2011, and 10/2011 periods within the Chart with only 1 "record" loaded into Qlikview ?
