Charts doesn't work in Internet Explorer

Hi all

We have a problem with our QlikView (version 11) application in AccessPoint in Internet Explorer (version 10). It works perfectly when we only look at tables. But when we open a sheet with some graphs on, the application stops working. The charts are not loaded, and no matter where you click, nothing happens. In Google Chrome (and QlikView webview) it works as it should.

Has anyone experienced the same problem, and how did you solve it?

Hi,

If possible try by upgrading your Qlik Version too its very old.

First try by IE upgrade, then if that dosen't work go with Qlik upgrade

Hi,

Can you try by Uninstall QlikView Pluggin and re-install it again and then give it a try.

Let me know if that worked.

I don't think I have the plugin. I can't find it in the add-on window in Internet Explorer (or in Google Chrome). Do you need to have the plugin to see charts in Internet Explorer?

Hi,

It depends on what client you use?

AJAx or IE.

If you want to use IE, then you must install pluggin.

You can find pluggin in below path on your server.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin

Take this pluggin install on your client.

Go to access point and use full browser as your preferred client.

Go to your chart tab let me know if that worked.

I didn't know that there were two ways to do this. We are using Ajax. If it's not compatible with Internet Explorer, we probably have to ask users to use a different web browser.
