what are the different types of chart used commonly??

Most common chart types are bar chart and line charts. Line charts are best used to show a trend over time and bar charts show a comparison at a time i.e. number of sales per customer. Also in qlikview pivot and straight tables are classed as chart objects. Hope this helps you.
