Checkbox in Pivot table to exclude row from calculation

Hey everyone,

im facing this issue. One of my users want to be able to select wich rows are not needed in a calculation by clicking a checkbox placed on the first column of the pivot table.

Anyone has any hint on this issue?

Hi,

I guess, from pivot table it's not possible. But, you can use a list box with option of checkbox (i.e. "LED check box" under presentation tab).

thnks for the anserw is exactly what i was afraid of.

I knew about the listbox but is not able to fullfill my requirments.

Will keep the discussion open maybe someone has a decent workaround.
